And thanks God, time is running fast! 4 months already.

And the tripling in ten months of the highest budget deficit ever. I guess we can blame Bush for that, right? The $700 billion plan passed last year to bail out the financial industry was written by Geithner and amended by Dodd so their buddies could cash in their huge bonuses that were in the books already. Financial world has not been spanked nor overhauled and white House buddies from AIG to Goldman Sachs or other Lehman bros have made tons of money with foreign investments made with low interest taxpayer’s money invested at a high interest rate while their competitors have been taken out of the way. Mortgage companies at the root of the crisis got tons of bailout dollars too because…they own the mortgages. First time buyer’s got $8000 toward their house but most of the money went to homeowners, people who got the cash and never bought the house and other illegals or kids down to 4 years old. Also, six months only after having had their monthly payment re-adjusted, 50% of the delinquent homeowners are already two months behind…again. Unemployment is still climbing along with a growing recession.I am starting to miss the Bush era economy and deficit, don’t you? (I am only asking tax payers living within their means, of course!)

And another attack on opposition with a sudden strike on a long-standing antitrust exemption of the insurance industry. How dare they? The insurer’s trade association heavily criticized a measure that the Senate finance Committee tried to pass earlier this month and said that it would increase deficit and premiums for millions of insured people. The reaction from Democrats in Congress and from the administration was acid, angry and pointed at the study as a politically motivated scam. Retaliation came swiftly in the form of a drive from democrats to end the anti-trust exemption clause. Interestingly, almost at the same time, a  legislation “averting a 21 percent cut in Medicare payments for doctors and raising their fees by $247 billion over a decade” was defeated with 13 votes short of the 60 needed because that bill would have most likely raised the deficit. Talk about a blow to the administration.

And Congress seeking to prevent the release of NEW foreign detainees “abuses” by their US captors. Congress is trying to allow the Pentagon to keep the new pictures. After all, releasing pictures of the evilness of the Bush policies was OK but admitting that the same things can happen under the new administration and Congress is not possible, right? That would be admitting that individuals eventually end up doing the right or the wrong thing despite the men in power, thus absolving the previous administration.

And president Obama’s constant fund raising for the Democratic political machine. 17 events in ten months for 6 only by Bush in the same period of time…While unemployment got even higher in most states in October and recession got worse, the party in power is piling up its millions while spending our billions. Go figure!

And Gitmo still not closing down while the mortgage industry gets a second wave of millions…yes the same entities at the root of the problem are now getting the bail out money…because they own our mortgages.

And FOX news being demonized by “Axelrove” (the Karl Rove of that administration: Axelrod!) and the like in a  government that cannot tolerate nor stand criticism. What about other channels so pro Obama that they sound like in a campaign mode for the one we have been waiting for but is not delivering as promised? Punishing FOX and threatening businesses that advertise because the channel does not cater to the Messiah’s policies seems like the new approach by the administration against organizations critical to their actions. The good guys support Obama and Congress and the demons criticize them. The good doctors, health insurance or hospitals support the health plan. The bad one that milk the patients, bilk the bills and enrich themselves are against. Same with the banks, mortgage companies, media. Where is Chavez or Putin when you need them….oooops…a copy cat is in the White House already!

And the Nobel prize “for what?”. The list of the nominees for the Nobel prize for Peace was delivered 12 days only after out president took office. That was enough for the prize committee members to see in Obama a winner based on  what he was intending to do and not for what he had done. Nice! Obama got a Peace prize for dumping our European allies and careering to the Russian demands, for cowering in front of North Korea and Iran, for a premature withdrawing from Irakq and a lack of surge in Afghanistan, for a direct military and financial involvement in Somalia and Pakistan and for unilaterally befriending communist dictatorships in Venezuela and Cuba….and more to come according to the agenda! America got nominated for waving around a rose instead of a big stick and we all know what bullies respect the most, right! Judging by their actions, Russia, China, the leaders of North Korea, Iran, Afghanistan, Venezuela or Cuba got the message right…AMERICA IS WEAK!

And Iran bullying us like North Korea does all the time. After a “his conciliatory speech at the UN, Obama felt good being the nice guy again…and Iran launched a couple of long range missile the next day to show him what they thought about conciliation and putting an end to a nuclear program. Also, in an even boldest movement, I ran unveiled a secret nuclear facility we did not even know about…way to go…they are scared of the teleprompters!

And Kevin Jenning, another czar appointed by our President, another one that did not have to pass the scrutiny of Congress to get a job. He just encourage a 15 year old homosexual relationship with an older man when he was a teacher, told the kid to “wear a condom” and proudly clamed that the kid  "left his office with a smile on his face that I would see every time I saw him on the campus for the next two years, until he graduated."…Well, this guys is our nominated “Safe School Czar”…and schools are safe as long as our kids wear condoms!

And an  $828 billion price tag over ten years to insure 18 million people…$829 billion!!! Could you run it by me again? We moved to a Government run healthcare system to cover our huge amount of uninsured. Interestingly, the numbers of people that the plan is supposed to help shrunk with time. It was around 50 million people during the campaign and all the way to August 09. Out of the blue, it went down to 30 million in the President’s speeches in September and now, papers are talking about 18 million people who cannot afford health care. Here is a quick and cheap fix: give 1 million to each of these identified 18 million and turn them into instant millionaires with no excuse not to get healthcare. Also, pass a couple of laws to prevent insurers not to deny coverage for existing conditions, define care that should be reimbursed and cosmetics, cap prices on things like frame for glasses, ambulance rides, X ray or crutches and monitor and punish fraud and abuses on both client and provider side. That would save us $811 billion people!

And Timothy Geithner singled out to be ultimately responsible for not controlling the $1.75 billion bonuses and compensations paid to AIG executives (American International Group).  Neil Barfsky, the special inspector general for the $700 billion financial bailout program reported to DC that our Treasury Secretary was still working for the Federal Reserve Bank in charge of controlling the banking industry when the bonuses were planned, right before it took his new job as the Quickbook guy of the Obama administration despite being an exposed tax cheat. The cheat is also a liar. He claimed that he did not know about the bonuses before the fake March outrage of all the involved parties but has been exposed as learning about them in November of 08, before passing the bail out measure with the Dodd amendment that allowed the banks to pay themselves the bonuses planned before the take over. : "This is a failure of communication and a failure of management." Said Barfsky.

And the “pondering” on a new Afghan strategy despite Gal Mc Crystal’s recommendations for a surge. While the White House reconsiders its options, our guys still die out there. Do you remember when the Bush administration finally listened to its Generals and allowed the surge, sent more men in the streets and cities of Iraq. That was the first step to victory and disengagement, the action of Gal Patraeus our shameless liberal politicians –Billary included- referred to as “Gal Betrayus”. Is it time for a surge followed by an honorable disengagement or for a total change in strategy and the replacement of ground combat troops by Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Signal Intelligence? Just remember that the later –low casualty clean and “ethical” warfare- doomed the Clinton military operations and brought us 9-11. Also, downgrading the operations without a good spanking of the Talibans would be viewed as a defeat in the Arab world and would embolden our enemies and facilitate their recruiting. But who am I to say?

And the news starting to crawl from the back business pages of the papers toward the front: 50% of the homeowners that got their loans modified in the first half of 2009 are already back defaulting on their mortgages and 33% of the borrowers whose monthly mortgage was reduced by 20% have also fallen behind. That is stimulus and taxpayer’s money at work, People. Those people could not afford their houses or their debt payment before and cannot do it now. Basic Math! What should the next step be? The Federal government pays their mortgages and debts so they can stay in their homes?And the Olympics game and his catering for his Chicago mentors. He put America second for a couple of days, dropped the ball on the Afghan surge , Iran, North Korea,  the economy and on his health care plan to plead for Chicago as the host city. The trip was literally ineffective and the popularity factor didn’t not convince anybody. Two Obamas, an Oprha and Jarret could not carry the pitch and convince the members of the International Olympic committee. They came back home defeated. Obama said that “I think it’s always a worthwhile endeavor to promote and boost the United States of America and invite the world to come see what we’re all about,” I guess not….not much to see out there!

And the dumping of the European missile defense program in Poland and the Czech Republic for a better lighter mobile system….Russia and Putin are all happy about the news and that tells you what kind of deal the Eastern European countries and former Russian Republics are getting! Obama catered to a long time Russian demand. He had no choice. Russia holds our lifeline to our war in Afghanistan and America needs Russia to help out with Iran and North Korea nuclear programs. The price to pay…ask Georgia! It paid it already and many other former Republic are feeling pretty lonely. On its ten year military budget plan, France if planning for its own missile detect ion and destruction system and is trying to convince the E.U to build a common one. America’s currency, power, influence, might and word of honor are becoming fast depreciating values!

And ACORN finally exposed for what it is: an activist company milking the Government. Already controversial during the elections when some of its employees registered Mickey Mouse or dead celebrities to vote, Acorn has just gotten the death blow from a couple of conservative activists working undercover and exposing the agency in various locations explaining to shady characters how to run a prostitution business, set a brothel with underage girls from a foreign country or on how to smuggle the above girls through the Mexican border. Congress voted to cut every federal findings and the Census bureau –a branch of the White House- dropped them to for the 2010 census. President Obama was overheard stating that “this was not the ACORN he befriended and that helped give him the White House”.

And Patriotism and Dissent are becoming Racism! Thank you former President Carter for stirring the pot! What is it? As of end of September, 3 percents of the 16 million Blacks who voted for Obama disagree with him ..that is a lot of racism right there! And was it racism when 16 million blacks voted against a white old guy, or disagreed with the Bush administration, or prevented white voters from entering a polling station (DOJ is investigating why Eric Holder dismissed the charges against the videotaped “Black Panthers”!). What about Rev Wright, or the Clintons bringing the only racial allegations agains Obama during the primaries…funny how racism goes one way only! How convenient. What would have happened at the MTV awards if the white country singer had taken the mike off Beyonce’s hands claiming that Britney deserved the title better?

And Pelosi crying crocodile tears remembering when she was young in 79, in San Francisco and how the debate on homosexuals culminated with the assassination of the mayor and a Gay city member. She told us that the tone of the current nationwide debate is scaring her and that we should not be so enthusiastic in our positions and that whatever is said could end up inciting violence. Cool but too little too late. I remember her during the Bush years and even a couple of months ago. She has recently called opponents to her agenda terrorists and fascists and she is not known for her restraints, is she. Maybe Billary should come out again and tell her what she thinks about dissent, that is to say if she believe that dissent goes both ways! “;I am sick and tired of people who say that if you debate and you disagree with this administration somehow you're not patriotic. We should stand up and say, we are Americans and we have a right to debate and disagree with any administration” Come on Mrs. Clinton! Your time has come again! Did she say “any administration”?

 And the Jackass comment. Poor guy, he should know that he is a public figure now and that he is under a microscope 24/7. Before an interview, thinking it was “off the record he commented on the way black rapper Kanye West treated 19 year old white country singer Taylor Swift at some music event. Taylor Swift would have done such a thing to let’s say Beyonce, the event would have been racist, but racism only goes one way. Anyways, after saying that it was inappropriate, President Obama stated that West did it because "He's a jackass," . Realizing he might have made a mistake being so candid, he tried to get his comment back and is on record saying. "Come on guys, cut the president some slack. I've got a lot of other stuff on my plate.". Too late…Everything showed up on Twitter. He should stick to teleprompters and he should have learned from the Gates issue, the Harvard professor and the White cop!

Still in Iraq, surge in ‘Stan and now active in Somalia…yes…back to Somalia! Are you guys going to take it to the streets against your lefty warmonger? lol. Not only do we support the local government and actively train its troops but we have now taken over the task Ethiopian troops were conducted for us before: hunting and killing Muslim extremists. US special forces are behind a successful helicopter attack on five high ranking terrorist leaders n Somalia. They were killed and their bodies taken away. The top prize was Kenya-born Saleh Ali Saleh Nabhan, wanted for a couple of hotel bombing and for trying to shoot down Israeli jet liner in Kenya in 2002. He was also the conduct between local Muslim lilitias and Al Qaeda. That is good for people like me that believe that America should be strong and feared but what about you? And radical Rev Lennox Yearwood of the “HIip Hop Caucus”, another extremist mostly known for getting himself arrested all the time.  Augut 4th, he met with the President and offered to turn the National Remembrance Day for 9-11 into some kind of green activism day. DO NOT TOUCH SEPTEMBER 11…IT BELONGS TO US, NOT TO PINKO ENVIRONMENTALIST…IT IS NOT ABOUT VEGGIE PLANTING IN HARLEM….IT IS ABOUT REMEMBERANCE, SOOROW, ANGER, COUTRY, FLAG, COPS, FIREMEN AND WOMEN, SOLDIERS, FLIGHT ATTENDANTS AND PILOTS, INNOCENT VICTIMS….

And the shocking “you lie” outburst during the President”s speech. When the President stated that his Healthcare plan would not cover illegal aliens, he was called a liar by Rep. Wilson. That was not classy but ended up bringing the issue to the fore and now language has been added to the plan to actively ensure that illegal immigrants will not be able to receive any Federal assistance. Was the President actually not lying to us but actually  misguiding us and was Wilson sort of right? Because of the media love affair with Obama, was it the only way for the issue to be exposed? If not, why has it been addressed and flaws corrected?

And the 17 million uninsured missing in his 9/9/09 speech: "There are now more than thirty million American citizens who cannot get coverage." Up to September, we were hammered with the 47 million uninsured Americans. Now 30 millions? Were the 17 millions now missing not Americans, like illegals? Or by some mysterious process, did these people find some kind of insurance, another miracle by the administration that creates or save? And on July 23, he said, "This is not just about the 47 million Americans who don't have any health insurance at all…"

Also, our President  used to hammer around: "I keep on saying this but somehow folks aren't listening: If you like your health-care plan, you keep your health-care plan. Nobody is going to force you to leave your health-care plan," Sept 10, that has become "Nothing in this plan will require you or your employer to change the coverage or the doctor you have. Let me repeat this: Nothing in our plan requires you to change what you have." The word REQUIRE is important because it says that the Government intent is not to have your plan changed –a requirement from the top- but there is not much they can do to prevent it from happening

And Van Jones’ discreet resignation on a Sunday morning of a Labor Day weekend. I guess he did not want to be yet another distraction to President Obama –who did not comment on that- and wanted to join the club of the radical nominees that could not stand scrutiny. The unelected and un-pannelled so called “Green Czar” was known since day one for his racial and liberal radicalism. Is hysteric past just caught up with him! In a perfect Obama fashion, Democratic Party Chairman Howard Dean said that “ Jones didn't realize what he was signing at the time” when he signed a petition calling for “an investigation into possible Bush administration involvement in the Sept. 11 attacks”. Obama would have said: “this is not the Jones I knew!”. Instead, Gibbs, Obama’s mouthpiece t thanked Jones "for his service to the country" and said that the President "doesn't endorse" Jones's participation to the  9/11 Truth movement (revisionist of the 9-11 events), radical racial and political statements, and his support for a cop killer on death row. Sort of late to realize that radicals are radical, Mr Prez! How do you spell D.U.M.P.E.D?

And the school speech and its pre and post speech “educational” worksheets suggested to teachers by the Education Department. The mostly disturbing associated classroom activities were changed at the last minute for a reason. They were the one allowing teachers to literally “educate” our children on President Obama’s personality (Have you heard other inspiring speeches, what does it take to be President ($800 millions in 2008?), etc, etc….). Speech and class work sheets were eventually changed from their original forms. I wonder why?

And asking Dachle, the tax cheat, on what to do with healthcare. Before leaving for his 10-day vacation, Obama met with the tax cheat  and the two "agreed that substantive reform that lowers costs, reforms the insurance industry, and expands coverage is too important to wait another year or another administration." I hope he is not asking him any budgetary tips!

And the release by an Irish judge of the only man convicted for the Lockerbie terrorist act. The Libyan intelligence officer and terrorist was freed for compassionate reasons. Eric Holder, our fearless Attorney General was notified of the Irish intent beforehand and there is no way he kept such a political possible time bomb for himself and did not notify the White House. But oil rich Libya is our friend now, and so is its leader, Muammar Kaddafi, the one who gave the order to blow up the Pan Am airplane out of the sky. Oooops…it was promised that things would be low key and instead the assassin got a mediatized hero welcome back home, cheers that were broadcasted worldwide to the embarrassment of the Irish, the Brits and of the Obama administration. Libya poked us in the eye and is proud of it.

And Glenn Beck’s freedom of speech on Fox conveniently attacked by one of Obama’s brown shirt groups that used to be his buddy’s cop smearing tool. Do you remember Van Jones, the one he confirmed as  Green Jobs Czar. Do you also believe in coincidences, and in Santa?                  

And the flags@whitehouse.gov email address to snitch on opposition to healthcare reform finally shut down because of unanswered questions over how the collected data would be used. The email system was quickly replaced by a new service and users were prompted to forward “ feedback about health insurance reform via http://www.whitehouse.gov/realitycheck.”  Thanks to Sen. Cornyn, chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee, the  “Obama monitoring program” was cancelled. The Senator even said that even evil Bush administration doid not go there: “I can only imagine the level of justifiable outrage had your predecessor asked Americans to forward e-mails critical of his policies to the White House,”

And Axelrod’s controversial role in the healthcare reform. We know he is the Carl Rove of Obama….but little attention was paid to the reported fact that the healthcare advisor to the president was also partner with Chicago firms that are directly benefiting millions of dollars from the White House media push to promote its reform. The AP reported that “AKPD (founded by Axelrod) and GMMB did millions of dollars of work on Obama’s presidential campaign, continue to tout their connections to the campaign and still maintain close ties to his inner circle. The two firms were hired to make the health-care ads by a pair of linked coalitions supporting Obama’s health-care overhaul proposal — Healthy Economy Now and a newer offshoot unveiled last week called Americans for Stable Quality Care. “ They have already cashed in $24 millions…what was it about the Chicago mob, again?

And its administration with so many ”Czars” –friends and favorites appointed without scrutiny of Congress- and so little administrators. As of Mid August, 43% of top positions are still open in his administration. America is going empty, with nobody at the helm of crucial departments. Sure, his nomination process has been such a fiasco that Obama is careful on who will be next: a tax cheat or a pay for play guy! And if so many seats are still empty, I might assume that all his friends and buddies are just corrupted and rotten Chicago like mobsters, right?

And the well hidden fact that groups supporting Obama’s health care plan have actually outspent 2 to 1 the opponents. Little is known of these big supporters because the Obama media keeps on demonizing the opposition. According to a report by a Mc Clatchy journalist, proponents are planning to spend another $150 millions before Congress goes back to work (Oxymoron?). Why do you think drug makers, physicians and other association want to support the plan? Do you think they have your best interest in mind? Are they any good drug manufacturers or doctors around here, vs. the bad at the origin of the health care crisis (drug monopolies, unnecessary interventions, waste and fraud…)? And why is the debate now shifting from Helthcre reform to healthcare insurance reform?

And Billary again, stating that it was up to North Korea to resume the six party talks on denuclearization while knowing that the recent change of policy of the Obama administration that has offered direct talk with the ailing dictator was the death blow to that efficient six party talk that imposed sanctions and involved China and Russia. .

And shameless Billary Clinton, cruising Africa  in the shadow of her husband and Bush’s legacy,  comparing the American electoral process with Nigeria: “"Our democracy is still evolving," she said. "In 2000 our presidential election came down to one state where the brother of one of the men running for president was governor of the state. So we have our problems, too." Maybe she should move there! What was it again: "My husband is not secretary of state; I am," No kidding!

And the “death panels” controversy! Oregon Rep. Earl Blumenauer redacted a health-care provision that Sarah Pailin called  "death panel” and  "downright evil." In a Facebook posting, she basically said that “ federal bureaucrats would play God” and decide on who is worthy of health care. The provision of the health care bill as written by Blumenauer would allow Medicare to pay doctors to counsel selected patients about end-of-life care…or care of life-end. Blumenauer condemned Palin, joined by many other elected officials –both sides of the aisle, some Reps desperately trying to distance themselves from the failing presidential ticket-- and media echo chambers. He also said that "It's deliberate at this point. If she wasn't deliberately lying at the beginning, she is deliberately allowing a terrible falsehood to be spread with her name." Interestingly, Pailin harsh words came out Aug 7th and after 5 days of damage control and denial, Aug 13,  the senators have finally excluded the provision and put an end to the angry debate because “it could be misinterpreted or implemented incorrectly” according to  Senator Chuck Grassley who also stated that the provision had been dropped from consideration. Was Pailin really wrong? If yes, why was the provision discarded after public scrutiny? In an Obama future world that could have been, when you are considering putting a loved one in hospice care, would you want to be offered end-of-life solutions instead, presented with all the perks of getting rid of the old fart instead of dragging him in to an expensive and wasteful program? And the toxic cleanup. For years the environmentalists and many Democrats have attacked the Bush administration for not spending enough money to clean up the 1500 sites contaminated with toxic waste that had long been identified by the “Superfund list”. Funny thing is that for its first two years, the Obama’s administration plans on cleaning even fewer site than Bush did, and funny thing too is that this kind of news does not go mainstream. Go figure! Mr “Cantdowrong” is in power.

And the administration announcing suddenly that it would resume the direct talks on nuclear with North Korea. Out of nowhere, the 6 party summit that included necessary partners such as China and Russia has been discarded and the White House is now focusing on direct talks with the North Korean rogue regime after years of denying them the privilege and prestige of a one on one with the most powerful democracy on earth. Way to go! That was the price we paid for the two journalists working for Al Gore, journalist that stupidly went into North Korea to report on things we already know. Should the President or his speakers say that “they have acted stupidly and American history is full of example of know-nothing idiot who have put their lives in danger, jeopardized diplomatic issues and endangered other for nothing?” Korea 1 – the world 0. And North aKorea is going to grab us by the nose, extort food and money from us, play for time and finish its nuke before flipping us and laughing at us. Nice!

That is why we have sent former president Bill Clinton to pick up the two journalists that North Korea had already agreed to release, thus allowing Kim Jong a nice photo op with beloved Clinton, and the local communist media to declare that along with the prestigious envoy, came a letter of apologies from Obama. Way to go and reward bad behavior! Of course there was not such letter –I hope- and of course, despite denials from the White House, this was not a private initiative. And the “Beer summit” to mend slipping polls for his mishandling of the White cop vs Black professor situation. Suddenly, Americans discovered that despite his having made a point on making a race blind campaign, Obama is actually really thin skinned too. He was elected by a majority of race blind WHITE people who suddenly discovered that race matters indeed and that our President is very black indeed, a stereotype of the  race-card victimized black!  Associated Press: “A new poll by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center found that 41 percent disapprove of Obama's handling of the Gates arrest, compared with 29 percent who approved.” He said “"I am, I have to say, fascinated by the fascination about this evening,"” but should realize that HE himself is to blame for making it an event by piping in and sounding like a Reverend Wright or any other Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton.

And the finally slipping polls at home while his popularity increases abroad (a second term in France or Germany where his numbers are higher than those of the local leaders?). His handling of the economy does not fare well with the Americans and his health care pet project has a hard time getting on the road thanks to the “conservative” Democrats worried about unchecked trillions of dollar spending spree. His push for his plan to be passed before the August recess of Congress has failed despite frantic public and prime time TV appearances and strong arming attempt of the opposition by the White house. Even Feinstein stepped away stating that he did a bad job at explaining how it would work and how much it would cost, basically what the Americans want to know. Now he states that it must pass by September, or fall or the end of 09…or anytime soon…He has lost the momentum and been “betrayed” by the less liberal of his party. Elections are looming next year and the professional opportunists in Congress are starting to smell the coffee and what their constituents want or are worried about. The changes we have been waiting for?

And his prejudice against cop and his exposed racial issues when coming to the rescue of his high profile friend that the press keeps on referring to as “the renowned professor” Gates junior. His buddy was arrested for disorderly conduct and the Prez had to pipe in and make it a racial issue, saying the cops acted stupidly adding to the long proven American history of racial discrimination. He had to back pedal, get his staff to apologize, blamed the media, eventually state that both parties were at fault before calling the white cop and apologize in other words, especially after the black officer that was part of the arrest went public and described who is racist and who was being profiled. I haven’t read a single one of them, and if I am fortunate, before we end this, I won’t have to read one of them!” Hail to affirmative action: a Prez and a Supreme court judge! Ivy league but aware of the perks of the system, right?

Sen. Jon Kyl, R-Ariz pressed Sotomayor on her saying that precedents bound her to rule against the white firefighters. Sotomayor, who has danced around the question all week, started to review the facts of the case when Kyl interjected. "The question I asked was very simple," he said, apologizing for the interruption and reminding her of the question: What was the precedent by which she was bound?" A few minutes later, he stopped her again: "Let me interrupt again, because you're not getting to the point of my question," Kyl said, adding that Sotomayor would never let a lawyer get away with indirect answers in her courtroom. He said Sotomayor would admonish an elusive lawyer by saying, "That's all fine and dandy, counsel, but you're not answering my question."

And the Sotomayor assured nomination because of a Democratic filibuster proof majority…a painful exercise of double talking and avoiding potentially damaging issues worthy of an unprepared teleprompter-less speech by our President! Sotomayor was painful to listen to…the smart lady had been coached by the White House to avoid tricky issues and traps and spent days robotically answering questions, searching for non committal and neutral words to affirm the non committal and neutral position that will grant her the nomination. The following exchange on the White firefighters deprived of their hard earned promotion because of affirmative action is an example of her constructive talk. And North Korea defiantly firing seven missiles on July 4 th despite all the warnings from the UN and from DC. Is America credible anymore? Has “Kim Kong” already dismissed our will to stand for what we used to believe?

And Russia generously opening its borders to our logistic support of our troops in Afghanistan after making sure that the Asian former Russian republic that were hosting our support bases kicked us out or tripled their fees right after he took office. Coincidence? Will the outcome of the Afghan war depend on Russian goodwill in the next future? Has Russia gained a strategic leverage on the new administration, about Georgia or the European missile defense? You tell me.

And VP Biden stating again that the administration “mis-read” the economy (better choice of word than the earlier “guessed”, lol) and 10% unemployment is a little higher than the estimated 8% after 200 days and $700 billions of “bridge to nowhere” porculus stimulus. 

And the Swine flu virus “pandemic” the spread of which has been tracked from Mexico and mapped to the thousands of international flights that have left that country and served as international vectors for the disease. Closing the border to stop the spread is “akin to closing the barn door after the horses are out. Because we already have cases here in the United States.”, it is like closing the airports after a couple of planes have taken off, it is like quarantining people coming from infected country…it is worthless they said in D.C, because they know better, right, they have money and power…so they must know! What a bunch of heart bleeding politically sensitive and correct crooks. They would kill us all rather than take the political risk of being seen as insensitive!

And the Oriental Mandarin Hotel Democratic fundraising events that lobbyists attended at $5000 a pop, playing hide and seek with President Obama. During his campaign, he pledged not to take any money from lobbyists so lobbyist were hushed away during his few speaking events and brought back onboard, checkbooks in hand after his departure. As long as they were not in the same room at the same time…that made him look like a straight arrow sticking to his principles! Right!  What about his pledges to change how the Capitol does business?  Would it be sort of my telling my wife I won’t sleep with any other woman…her understanding “having an affair” and my meaning “not sleeping over”? Politicians, like prostitute. ..society cannot live with them nor without them. I wonder why?

And the executive orders and veil of secrecy dropped on the White House activities and visitors logs, despite the many lawsuits from the ACLU and other organizations…another attitude that was highly criticized when President Bush did it but barely talked about when the candidate of “transparent governments” do it…go figure! 

 And the first study of the waste of the “Bridge to nowhere” Stimulus plan and its billions wasted on “shovel ready” meaningless project that will do nothing to ease the crisis but create a couple of temporary jobs. What has Berlusconi negotiated?  

And a new “coalition of the willing”. And she acknowledged that “she made a poor word choice “ , and she is sorry…and justice should not be blind and take into account real life experience…I quote “"Personal experiences affect the facts that judges choose to see."I wonder if she is also a member of La Raza?  Just think of a Caucasian nominee stating the same sort of thing while chairing the National Association for the Advancement of the Caucasian People (NAACP)…and hammering it three years in a row in three different occasions but almost verbatim. Also, what about her Pride on being the result of affirmative action. She is claiming it all over again, also stating that legal discrimination is needed because “there are cultural biases built into testing”. She stated that she scored far below the required thresholds for Princeton or Yale but made it anyways thanks to racial and gender preference…and she will end up in the Supreme Court. She is filthy rich, lives in a secluded upper class neighborhood and is a member of an elite and exclusive woman’s club.…Like her, has Obama made it on merit and personal fortune –a rich ivy league for the poor (lol)- or made it thx to affirmative action? And the business as usual and the payback time and the rewarding of generous campaign contributors with Ambassadorship across the world…Laurie Fulton, a corporate lawyer that raised and contributed around $200,000…the price of the position in Denmark! Louis Susman of the Chicago network, former Citigroup VP. Raised about $100,000 and personally paid $250,000 to buy the ambassadorship for Britain. John Roos, a Californian Lawyer that bought the job for Japan for $450,ooo in various fundraisers and contributions. Or Charles Rivkin, a former Solomon’s brother’s analyst, that got France for $400,000…surprised? What were you expecting from a guy who wanted to appoint Valerie Jarret to Senate?

And the “plan” to save GM after $14 billion of our taxes wasted before bankruptcy protection and a $20/40 billion spending plan to save it!

And restarting the special military tribunals to try Guantanamo inmates after having shut down on day one of taking the office…cannot live without the continuation of many of his predecessor’s policies, right?

And the $500 million dollar April 09 project for a prison on Continental USA to host 100 hard core inmates from Guantanamo! They cannot be tried and the Obama administration is looking at ways to legally justify the transfer of these prisoners to an American prison without any trial. It is just a little too reminiscent of the way the Bush administration has made it legal to rough up the same guys.,,, but now, it is all right, right?

And Pelosi sent to China like Emmanuel went to Africa. When a big issue makes the news, culprit is sent away, removed from public view while the matter fades away. Pelosi, Speaker of the House, claimed again and again that the CIA lied to and misled Congress…Democrats overwhelmingly voted down a Bipartisan committee to investigate the matter, seen as a simple disturbance taking focus away from more critical issues…like allegation by one of the most powerful member of the US congress that our Intelligence agency has lied to its member is not news nor investigation worthy? Like Democrats would pass a chance to expose the Bush administration? Sure….And like for Emmanuel and the Blago/Jarret issue, Pelosi came back and has been left unchallenged since by the media…I wonder who is silencing the big outlets and how? How cute. He should have asked House Speaker Pelosi about the whole thing because along with other fellow Democrats and Republicans members of the intelligence committee, they were given a tour of the overseas detention centers in 2002 and were described all the various interrogation methods that were used on our prisoners. But again, a change of heart and Obama tasked his AG to make the call on a possible investigation…

April 10 2009, the sailboat “Tanit” was seized by pirates with five aboard, a small child included. Especially knowing that Germany could have had the nukes, and upon collapsing, sent all its heavy water and secrets to Japan hoping that the Imperial Army would be able to turn the winds of war in the favor of the Axis by developing nuclear weapons before the US. But one must Know history to know or understand all of that, not like the crowds of post-teen morons Obama likes to appeal to!

And the “we are not at war with Islam” apology laden speech made in Turkey…funny because many Islamic countries are not friendly to the US and if indeed all the Muslims are not terrorists, most of the terrorists are and were Muslims.

And the Obama Justice department reiterating the Bush administration’s position on “Extreme rendition” and the CIA's methods in holding and interrogating terrorism suspects, as well as details of the cooperation of foreign governments. Eric Holder stood again to protect  the "state secrets" policy and stated: "It is vital that we protect information that, if released, could jeopardize national security. The justice department will ensure the [state secrets] privilege is not invoked to hide from the American people information about their government's actions that they have a right to know. This administration will be transparent and open, consistent with our national security obligations."

And a US journalist accused of spying and arrested in Iran, awaiting trial like the two other in North Korea….and the US ship taken by Somali pirates. The crew fought back and reclaimed its boat, reminiscent of what an American is and of what America should be all about when bullied…Also, the Captain of the ship traded his freedom for the safety of his rebellious crew…another symbol of what a commander or a leader should be…but where is America in all of that? He was not even able to bring estranged allied nations back to the US quarters.

And the shameless Congress, and its 8% budget raise for 2009, and its shameless waste that make the AIG bonuses look like a tip at a restaurant. Think about it: We, the people have nothing to do with budget, economy, laws, equality or inequality. Most of whatever is wrong in the country, in our lives, can be blame to the government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial). Whatever went wrong, and a lot did, can be traced to their decisions! They are eager, in a partisanship frenzy, to point to wrongful wars, inequalities, unfair taxes, waste and pollution, corruption…all these things that they have eventually crafted, supported (at least a majority among them) and put in place. We, the People, had no say in any…and must pay, or get outraged at anybody but them. Should Congress and other elected officials be paid upon performances like they want private sector’s leaders to be? Should Geithner and Dodd reimburse their political contributions from AIG?

And our Veterans and The Obama administration considering sending them to the private healthcare system until Wednesday March 18 2009 when they finally abandoned under pressure –once exposed- the controversial plan to make veterans use private health insurance to pay for costly treatments of combat-related injuries. Public healthcare for everybody but our wounded soldiers, right?

And the taking over of the US auto industry, one set of standards, while publicly financed banks get a free pass. The next cars coming out of Detroit, if any, will have a common feature: over-inflated tires! By the way, why was GM CEO literally fired by the White House when the Auto union leaders are kept in place despite their role for bankrupting the national auto industry? Do they share any responsibility in the demise of Detroit?.

And Federal money to promote abortion abroad, and embryonic stem cell research in the hands of scientists only without debating the ethics behind it, or discussing the benefits of Induced Pluripotent stem cells (IPs), or umbilical and adult stem cells scientifically proven to be as efficient as the former. Will the abortion incentive policy help farming the necessary embryos for money hungry and immortality driven unregulated science researches?

And the Yucca nuclear storage facility plans shelved as a payback for some votes and to allow Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid to get some ammunition for his upcoming close and tough re-election challenge in Nevada in 2010. Taxpayers have already paid $10 billion toward it and it is junked  while nuclear waste still piles up, untreated, on site in nuclear plants, all over America and at a high cost to taxpayers too. Steven Chu, our Secretary of Energy, straight from Berkeley, is a Green and Global warming nut. He officially believes in more Nuke power and will come up with an alternative solution. I cannot wait: safe storage and treatment are the only alternative to this highly contaminated waste. But what to expect to a guy going around the world claiming that we must paint our roofs, cars and roads in white or any other clear color to save energy!

The echoes of the campaign still ring in my head, the audacity of hope, the changes and the one we have been waiting for, the pledge to cut the deficit by increasing it three fold today to return to its current level in ten years, the pledge to study budgets a line at a time and to cut the Pork out of it, blah, blah. )

The first trip ever of our new famous -and qualified by marriage- State Secretary representing the new administration to China, a strong economic partner (have you bought anything made in the USA lately?). It was marked, branded with a red iron in the history books, with the strongest signal ever that the US, weakened by its own economic crisis and addiction to credit, will put the issues of human rights to the back burners and will not let them “hinder” cooperation with China. She even stated that " our pressing on those issues can't interfere on the global economic crisis, the global climate change crisis and the security crisis," Amen. Basically, a new era of unrestricted trade is born and America will not put on the negotiation table the lives of the victims of the Chinese regime. Sure, the next day the US State department released a written report criticizing the Chinese abuses but again, this is not going to “hinder” a good deal, is it? Mrs. Clinton did really good and the world is a safest place, especially China.

On day one America lost its credibility and on day two even North Korea resumed rattling its saber again while getting closer to having its nuclear weapons thanks to the same tactics used by Iran: delay, negotiate, break up, misinform, blackmail, negotiate, delay, test, breakup, etc, etc…Within Obama’s only term, two anti-American terrorist and unstable dictatorship will become nuclear powers! Also, we are not committed to Somalia, nor are we regarding the genocide in Darfur, nor have we stopped supporting the Ethiopian genocide against its rebelled minorities. We bomb Pakistan, thus accelerating the decaying of its elected government and let the Pelosi state that these bombing are conducted from our bases within Pakistan with the government approval. Way to go! We are going to close GITMO but nobody want the remaining inmates in their backyards, not even our anti-GITMO liberals and they will most likely fall back in Al Qaeda’s arms like so many others we have released (France is actually the only country that takes to court its nationals that are released from US hands!).

Now you understand  why the European military’s effort for the ten next ten years is the development of a European  missile shield, early warning satellite detection system, spy satellite system, GPS “constellation”, airborne warning radar systems and other drones that used to be American made and operated for the protection of its allies.

And closing Guantanamo and asking allied countries to take their shares of the last detainees (the hard core?) while also refraining from relocating any in America….Hypocrisy? And these detainees will most likely be released (only France brings to trial Gitmo’s prisoners turned over to the country) and will most likely rejoin the enemy like former Guantanamo prisoner #008, Abdullah Ghulam Rasoul, now leading the Taliban operations in Southern Afghanistan under the war name of Mullah Abdullh Zakir!

But was it innocent or was it the direct result of Obama’s capitulation personal letter hand delivered to the Russian presidential twins?

Was it the President of the United States from the oval office or his White house desk, in front of the US flag….or the community organizer on a home video shot in front of a white sheet? Also, the trillions (a word we could not even spell ten years ago) thrown at the bad economy, after bad money, to bail out companies, bank and people that are doomed to collapse anyways once subsidies run dry. It looks like Obama is the only president to have thought that you can cut the current deficit by increasing it threefold today in order to be back to today’s negative in ten years. That is some cut….but on what money?

And the AIG bailout and their spending $250 million in bonuses thanks to a bill crafted by Tim Geithner, amended by Chris Dodd and signed by President Obama who must have scrutinized it line by line before approving of it… And the fake political outrage when we, the people, discovered the scam…
